Abstract:In order to understand the current situation and characteristics of patients' knowledge, behavior and satisfaction with medical insurance policy and medical insurance service, explore its influencing factors, and propose measures for accurate publicity of medical insurance policy and improvement of medical insurance service efficiency, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on patients in a top-three hospital in Jiangsu Province, which included five parts: general information, knowledge of medical insurance policy, attitude, behavior, and satisfaction with medical insurance service. The survey data were assigned by LikerT 5-level scoring method, and the data were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that low-income people have weak understanding of medical insurance policy, young people and people from different places have low intention of medical insurance policy behavior, and low satisfaction of medical insurance service. It is suggested to innovate the form of education based on the actual needs of patients for medical insurance policy. Correct the cognitive bias with precise policy publicity, and enhance the intention of medical insurance action; Improve medical insurance service efficiency with information as the starting point; We will improve the medical security system by supplementing it with inclusive commercial medical insurance.
