Abstract:[Abstract] Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial difference and dynamic deduction process of nursing human resources allocation in our country, and to provide reference for regional planning of nursing human resources in our country. Methods: The dagum Gini coefficient and nuclear density estimation method were used to measure the nursing human resource allocation in 31 provincial administrative regions. Results: The dagum Gini coefficient results showed that the overall Gini coefficient decreased from 0.147 in 2010 to 0.076 in 2020, and the supervariable density gradually became the main source of the overall gap, with the largest gap between the eastern and central regions. The results of kernel density estimation showed that the overall level of nursing human resources allocation in China showed an upward trend, the phenomenon of two-level differentiation gradually disappeared, and the differences among provinces in eastern and western regions decreased, but the differences in central regions increased. Conclusion: The government should strengthen macro-control, narrow the gap between regions, pay attention to different regional differences to achieve development according to local conditions, in order to promote regional coordinated development of nursing.
