Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation of the medical service situation of 33 tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in Anhui Province in 2022 was conducted to understand the current situation of medical service, explore the path to improve the medical service capacity of tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in Anhui Province, and provide scientific basis for further deepening the reform of public hospitals. The entropy weight TOPSIS method, close value method and RSR method are applied to comprehensively evaluate 33 tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in Anhui Province. The ranking results obtained by the three evaluation methods are similar, with the top ranked ones focusing on six hospitals, namely, H17, H33, H14, H7, H23, and H21, and the bottom ranked ones focusing on five hospitals, namely, H2, H24, H6, H9, and H18, and the ranking results obtained by the RSR method are similar, with the top ranked ones focusing on five hospitals, namely, H2, H24, H6, H9, and H18, and the ranking results are similar. The difference between the three grades of "good", "medium" and "poor" obtained from the graded results of RSR method is statistically significant, and there is a large gap between hospitals of different grades. It can be seen that most of the tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in Anhui Province are at an average level of medical service capacity, and there are regional differences between northern Anhui, central Anhui and southern Anhui, which should be further improved to improve the process of consultation services, reasonably control medical costs, and optimize the allocation of health resources.
