Abstract:In order to understand the coupled coordination between primary healthcare system development and economic development and its change trend, and to promote the coordinated development between the two systems, the article evaluates the coordinated relationship between primary healthcare system development and economic development level in the central region from 2012 to 2020 through the entropy method, comprehensive evaluation function, and coupled coordination degree. The results show that in 2012-2021, the development of primary health care system and the level of economic development in the central region as a whole tends to develop in a coordinated way, and the mean value of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems grows from 0.406 to 0.656, and the coupling coordination level is changed from being on the verge of dysfunction to primary coordination. The highest coupling coordination level is in Henan Province, reaching the level of quality coordination, followed by Hunan Province and Hubei Province, for good coordinated development, and the lowest coupling coordination level is in Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province, at the stage of intermediate dysfunction. Although the overall coupling coordination level in the central region is relatively stable, the coordinated development of each region is still unstable, and there is a state in which the development of the primary health care system is lagging behind the level of economic development, and there is still a need to further improve the degree of coupling coordination between the primary health care system and the economic development, and to reduce the differences in the degree of coupling coordination between each region.
