Abstract:To analyze the status of long-term care service support and checklists in twenty-three pilot cities in China, and identify the service classification and characteristics. The result demonstrated that the definition and standards of long-term insurance service list were not uniform, dynamic adjustment mechanism for service checklists was delayed, the services provided didn’t match their demand based on disability assessment, and the standards?of payment were not clear. Therefore, the definition and unified standards of the service items should be established, the selection of preventive and rehabilitation service items should be more focused on and accurately matching service items based on disability level, so as to improve the health and well-being of disabled elderly.
