To understand the quality of notifiable communicable disease epidemic report of primary medical institutions in Anhui Province in 2021.In this paper, the fuzzy combination application of entropy weight TOPSIS method and RSR method were combined to evaluate the quality of notifiable communicable disease epidemic report of primary medical institutions.The results showed,the quality of notifiable communicable disease epidemic report in southern Anhui was the best,and the worst in northern Anhui;The top 2 prefecture-level cities in the evaluation were Anqing and Wuhu,and the bottom two were Lu'an and Xuancheng; The comprehensive quality of notifiable communicable disease epidemic report in community health service centers (stations), township health centers, others and village clinics declined in turn.The legal management level of notifiable communicable disease epidemic report of primary medical institutions in Anhui Province needs to be improved.primary medical institutions should standardize the establishment of notifiable communicable disease epidemic reporting departments, appoint full-time personnel to be responsible for the management of communicable disease information reporting, improve the training mechanism for communicable disease prevention and control personnel, strengthen the coordination and linkage mechanism between multiple departments such as the government, disease control, health supervision, and medical institutions, and communicable infectious disease modules into information construction.
