Abstract:During the period of the national government, the public medical system was once introduced into China, which aims to promote the popularization of medical service, and the group of public medical students were born for the talent demand of this system. Public medical students enjoy certain preferential policies during their studies, but they have certain service requirements after graduation, so they can"t get employment freely. However, with the implementation of the government expense-free system among college students and the expansion of its scope, the advantages of public medical students enjoying preferential policies gradually lost. After the Second World War, the national government had to cancel the compulsory requirements of public medical student service. Although the cancellation makes public medical students be released from employment limitation, it can not guarantee the talent demand of public medical system objectively.
