Abstract:The disclosure of infectious disease information affects social stability and people's livelihood. As a front-line exposure group, medical personnel have the obligation to inform patients and have the right to disclose information about the condition to a specific range of uninformed persons. However, in diagnosis and nursing activities, medical staff also shoulder the mission of protecting patients' privacy and respecting patients' personality, and how to protect patients' personal privacy and security while orderly prevention and treatment of infectious diseases remains to be pondered. In this case, analyze the conflict between the freedom of speech of medical staff and the privacy of patients, and seek to reconcile the contradiction between the basic value construction and the legal protection and derogation of medical staff and patients.
