Abstract:Abstract Objective: To explore the old-age willingness and its influencing factors of the elderly in Zhenjiang City, and to provide basis for the diversification of old-age mode. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 256 elderly people in Runzhou District, Jingkou District and Dantu District of Zhenjiang City by multi-stage stratified random sampling. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the demographic characteristics and old-age willingness of the elderly, and Chi-square test and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of old-age willingness. Results: Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, education level, income source, number of children and basic cognition of old-age care had statistical significance on old-age care intention. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, income source, number of children and basic cognition of old-age care were the main factors affecting the old-age care intention of the elderly. Conclusion: Family pension is still the main way in Zhenjiang City, but socialized pension is increasingly becoming the choice of the elderly. The smart and healthy pension model is gradually being promoted, so the establishment of a diversified pension service system is the key to the future development of the pension service industry.
