    摘要:

    高素质师资队伍建设是提升高等教育质量和人才培养质量、实现高等教育内涵式发展的前提和基础。教学学术能力是高校教师专业发展的核心能力,是保障大学教学质量的关键因素。本研究通过组建教学学术共同体、进行教学学术的针对性培训和展开行动研究等,激发了教师参与教学及研究的兴趣和热情,提升了教学水平和教学学术能力,取得了一定的教学学术成果。发展教学学术还需要高校从顶层设计为教师创造支持性环境氛围,引导教师更多投入教学、提高教学质量。

    Abstract:

    The construction of high-quality and innovative faculties is the prerequisite and foundation for improving the quality of higher education and talent cultivation, and then achieving the connotative development of higher education. The ability of scholarship of teaching and learning (SOTL) is the core competency for the professional development of university teachers and a key factor in ensuring the quality of university teaching. Through establishing SOTL community, conducting systematic and targeted training, and carrying out SOTL researches, the study has stimulated the interest and enthusiasm of teachers in participating in teaching and research, improved teaching level and SOTL ability, and achieved certain achievements. Developing SOTL also requires universities to create a supportive environment and atmosphere for teachers from the top-level design to guide teachers to invest more in teaching and improve the teaching quality.
