The coupling coordination and spatial correlation development of commercial health insurance and rural revitalization play an important role in promoting the expansion of commercial health insurance coverage in rural areas and rural revitalization. Taking the data of Chinese mainland 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as the research samples, the coupling coordination degree and spatial autocorrelation model were used to evaluate the coupling and coordinated development level and spatial correlation between commercial health insurance and rural revitalization in China, and it was found that the comprehensive development level of commercial health insurance and rural revitalization in China showed different regional differences, the coupling coordination level of the two increased steadily, the characteristics of "polarization equilibrium" between regions, and the coupling coordination between regions had significant spatial spillover effects. Therefore, each region should formulate commercial health insurance development plans according to local conditions, implement the coupling and coordinated development strategy of commercial health insurance and rural revitalization, and give full play to the regional spatial spillover effect.
