Abstract:The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of elderly care is an internal need for the development of elderly care services in the direction of more intelligent, universal and standardized, and also an objective requirement for the effective innovation and development of traditional elderly care service models. However, the potential risks of intelligent elderly care technology seriously restrict the sustainable development of intelligent elderly care technology, and it is urgent to solve the problems such as limited personal information security protection, the safety of artificial intelligence technology is out of control, the ethical responsibility of human-computer interaction is unclear, and the fair benefit imbalance of service objects. Prevention and control and mitigation of intelligent elderly care technology risks need to gather the joint efforts of relevant responsible subjects, strengthen the data security supervision and privacy protection system, promote the aging reform of artificial intelligence, promote the inclusive development of intelligent elderly care services, and improve the open and transparent accountability mechanism.
