县域学龄儿童自我效能感与体力活动的关系:锻炼身份认同的中介作用

    探索学龄儿童的自我效能感与体力活动间的关系及锻炼身份认同在其中发挥的中介作用。采用儿童体力活动问卷(PAQ-C)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、锻炼身份认同量表(EIS)等对江苏省南通市和甘肃省平凉市两所县域内小学的3-6年级小学生进行调查。结果显示,男性、低年级、非独生子女及西部地区的小学生体力活动水平更高。样本小学生的自我效能感与体力活动水平呈现正向相关关系;锻炼身份认同在自我效能感和体力活动之间起部分中介作用,且中介效应占比为60%。本研究在一定程度上解释了儿童青少年自我效能感和体力活动之间的内在影响机制,可为儿童青少年体力活动干预提供理论和实践依据。

    Abstract:

    To explore the influence of self-efficacy on physical activity and the mediating role of exercise identity. Children"s physical activity questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale and exercise identity scale were used to investigate the students of two primary schools in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province and Pingliang City, Gansu Province. The results showed that the score of physical activity was higher in male, junior, non-only-child and western region. The higher the self-efficacy, the higher the exercise identity level, the higher the physical activity level; Exercise identity played a partial mediating role between self-efficacy and physical activity, and the mediating effect accounted for 60%. To some extent, this study explains the internal influence mechanism between children and adolescents" self-efficacy and physical activity, which can provide theoretical and practical basis for children and adolescents" physical activity intervention.
