Objective: On the basis of bibliometrics, the visualization software Cite Space was used to visualize and analyze 1,780 relevant literature materials included in China Knowledge Network from 2004 to 2024, to understand the development history and cutting-edge hotspots of China's integrated health services, to explore the future development trend, and to provide reference for the subsequent related research. The study shows that the overall volume of publications in the field of integrated health in China shows a fluctuating upward trend; the research power is mainly distributed in universities and affiliated research centers, with less inter-institutional exchanges and cooperation; the evolution of China's exploration in the field of integrated health is roughly divided into four stages: laying the foundation, budding beginnings, preliminary exploration, and research breakthroughs; and the measures and modes of advancing the integration of health services have become the hot direction of the current research field. The research fever of integrated health services in China remains high, but less innovative progress has been made, so localized theoretical innovation should be strengthened; the integration training of multidisciplinary personnel should be strengthened; the integration assessment and incentive mechanism should be improved; and informationization construction should be promoted.
