Abstract:Based on the work demands-resources (Job Demands-Resources, JD-R) model, to explore the relationship between nursing staff's working hours, job burnout, mindfulness perception level and job performance and its mechanism.Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1032 nurses in Grade A hospitals in Jiangsu Province by convenience sampling method. The results showed that nursing staff working hours had significant negative effect on job performance (β=-0.10, P<0.05),burnout mediates the relationship between job hours and job performance, mindfulness perception moderates the mediating model(β=0.01 P<0.01). With the increase of job hours, job performance of nurses with high mindfulness perception tends to increase significantly(β=0.10, P<0.05). Paying attention to the cultivation of nurses 'mindfulness perception level is helpful to alleviate their job burnout and improve their job performance.
