Abstract:The basic party organizations of colleges and universities play a crucial role in promoting the construction of ideological and political courses by nurturing the youth foundation for Party governance, improving the organizational mechanism for comprehensive education, and promoting the deepening reform of the basic party organizations in colleges and universities. However, in the specific promotion process, the basic party organizations in colleges and universities are faced with problems such as ambiguous main responsibility, insufficient attention, vague implementation paths, and incomplete guarantee systems. Therefore, the relevant factors affecting and restricting the basic party organizations in promoting ideological and political courses can be addressed by building the subject dimension, deepening the content dimension, transforming the path dimension, and strengthening the guarantee dimension.
