    文章基于公众感知效能的内涵,构建网络购药公众感知效能评价指标体系,具体包括安全感、有效性、经济性、可及性、便捷性和满意度6个一级指标和隶属的22个二级指标,并利用结构方程模型对网络购药公众感知效能进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,当前网络购药公众感知效能总体接近良好,公众感知安全感、有效性较高;然而,网络购药价格与公众期望还有一定差距,网络购药公众总体满意度不高。基于此,需从推进医保支付、提高服务质量、强化智慧监管、加强药品价格监测管理等方面入手,提升公众感知效能。

    Abstract:

    Based on the connotation of the public perception effectiveness, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the public perceived effectiveness of online drug purchase, including 6 first-level indicators of security, effectiveness, economy, accessibility, convenience and satisfaction, and 22 subordinate second-level indicators, and made an empirical study of the public perception effectiveness of online drug purchase by using structural equation model. The results showed that the public perception effectiveness of online drug purchase was generally close to good, and the public perceived security and effectiveness were relatively high. However, there was still a certain gap between the online drug purchase price and the public expectation, and the overall satisfaction of the online drug purchase public was not high. Based on this, it is necessary to promote medical insurance payment, improve service quality, strengthen smart supervision, enhance drug price monitoring and management and other aspects to improve the public perception effectiveness.
