Abstract:Objective: In the context of high-quality development, this paper analyzes the quality and influencing factors of medical services in one hospital and three districts of tertiary public hospitals, and provides a feasible strategy for improving the homogeneous development of medical service quality in one hospital and multiple districts of public hospitals. Methods: Using the SERVQUAL model, a questionnaire was designed from six dimensions: reliability, assurance, responsiveness, emotionality, tangibility and economy of medical service quality in tertiary public hospitals. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the gap in the quality of medical services in each hospital. The quadrant diagram of the IPA model is used to present the patients' expectations and perceptions of the quality of medical services in each dimension of the SERVQUAL model of one hospital and three districts of public hospitals, reflecting the importance distribution of each dimension. Results: The individual characteristics of inpatients had an impact on the satisfaction evaluation, and there were significant differences in the quality of medical services among the three hospitals, and there were many differences among the 28 specific indicators. From the results of the IPA quadrant analysis, there are many similarities in the specific indicators that need to be improved in the three campuses. Conclusion: The SERVQUAL model is suitable for the evaluation of medical service quality in one hospital and multiple districts of public hospitals. At present, there is still some gap between the quality of medical services in the tertiary public hospitals and the expectations of patients, and the hospitals should strive to improve the quality of medical services and realize the homogeneous development of medical service quality in one hospital and multiple districts.
