:The medical field is a‘disaster area’that violates the requirements of scientific integrity and academic misconduct. A comprehensive evaluation of the scientific integrity of medical researchers and effective management of scientific integrity credit are the basic support for achieving medical innovation goals. This article using expert consultation to construct an evaluation index system for the construction of scientific integrity among medical researchers, including 3 primary indicators of scientific literacy, scientific ability, and scientific misconduct, 7 secondary indicators, and 46 tertiary indicators. And evaluate the enthusiasm, authority, concentration, and coordination of experts, and use the weight method of percentage to calculate the weight values of indicators at all levels. The scientific and reliable evaluation index system for the scientific integrity of medical researcher.
