However, there are still some problems that need to be solved in practice: insufficient social influence, low coverage rate of mediation, imperfect mediation procedures, less preventive work, and the professional ability of mediators to be improved, etc., resulting in the failure of the medical dispute mediation mechanism to fully play the basic role of promoting the source of litigation management. To this end, the people's mediation mechanism for medical disputes should actively innovate, under the guidance of the source of litigation governance goals, adhere to the people-centered, closely grasp the source of prevention, build a professional team, strengthen collaboration and cooperation, leverage digital technology, and constantly innovate working methods to help the source of litigation governance to further advance, and the judicial reform to be stable and long-term.
