Abstract:Fostering morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of medical colleges and universities, and it is also the main line running through education and teaching. When medical students enter the clinical stage, they face new changes in physical and mental characteristics, learning tasks, the environmental atmosphere, etc. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of medical students at this stage is of great practical significance for cultivating qualified health professionals. This article analyzes the situation of the ideological and political education of medical students in the clinical stage and conducts a cause analysis. Based on a problem-oriented approach, from the four-dimensional paths of system reform, educational innovation, resource integration, and cultural empowerment, it proposes to construct a new ecological environment for the ideological and political education of medical students in the clinical stage, which features "integration of the university and the hospital, unity of knowledge and action, and equal emphasis on medical ethics and medical skills".
