Abstract:To explore the level of China's Joint Reform of Medical Insurance, Medical Services and Pharmaceuticals, and further study its spatial characteristics, in order to promote the development and governance of China's Joint Reform of Medical Insurance, Medical Services and Pharmaceuticals. The entropy weight method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index and the coupling coordination degree model of the Joint Reform of Medical Insurance, Medical Services and Pharmaceuticals in China, and the spatial autocorrelation analysis is carried out on this basis. The results show that the average value of the comprehensive development index of China's "three medical" linkage and three systems from 2018 to 2022 has always maintained the development relationship of "medical services > medical insurance > pharmaceuticals", the level of the three medical linkage showed a steady upward trend as a whole, and the coupling coordination degree also changed from "on the verge of imbalance" to "barely coordinated", but the development among regions was unbalanced, showing a ladder distribution pattern of "high in the east and low in the west". And there are obvious spatial agglomeration phenomenon and positive spatial spillover effect. It is suggested to strengthen talent support and innovation empowerment, establish a cross-regional and cross-departmental collaborative governance mechanism, give full play to the exemplary and leading role of the developed eastern regions, and promote the coordinated development of China's Joint Reform of Medical Insurance, Medical Services and Pharmaceuticals.
