    高校创新创业教育有助于提升大学生对创业的全面了解,是链接大学专业学习与产业实践的重要纽带,专业类型院校的创新创业教育在以培养创业意愿为导向的目标引导下,尤其需要锻造一条符合自身特色的创新创业教育课程体系。本文通过收集全国27个省(自治区、直辖市)41所医学公办本科院校1209位学生样本数据,探究了医科院校大学生的创新创业学习深度、学习广度、自主动机与创业意愿之间的关系。研究结果表明,大学生创新创业学习深度对创业意愿有显著的正向影响;创新创业学习广度在学习深度影响创业意愿的关系中具有中介作用,自主动机在学习深度与创业意愿的关系中具有正向调节作用。异质性研究结果表明,创新创业学习深度更容易激发医科院校的男生、城市户籍、以及非医专业的大学生的创业意愿。研究结论有助于高校进一步完善创新创业教育课程设计与政策优化,提升医科院校学生创业意愿。

    Abstract:

    Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities helps enhance college students" comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship and serves as an important link between university professional learning and industrial practice. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in specialized type institutions, under the goal orientation of cultivating entrepreneurial intentions, particularly needs to forge an innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system that conforms to its own characteristics. This paper collects data from 1,209 students in 41 public medical undergraduate institutions in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) across the country to explore the relationship between the depth and breadth of innovation and entrepreneurship learning, autonomous learning motivation and entrepreneurial intentions among medical college students. The research results show that the depth of innovation and entrepreneurship learning has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions; the breadth of innovation and entrepreneurship learning has a mediating effect in the relationship between learning depth and entrepreneurial intentions, and autonomous learning motivation has a positive moderating effect in the relationship between learning depth and entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the heterogeneity study indicate that the depth of innovation and entrepreneurship learning is more likely to stimulate the entrepreneurial intentions of male, urban-hukou and non-medical major students in medical colleges. The research conclusions are helpful for colleges and universities to further improve the design of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses and policy optimization, and enhance the entrepreneurial intentions of medical college students.
