Abstract:Abstract: To scientifically evaluate the sustainable development capacity of the employee medical insurance fund, this paper constructs an evaluation system based on the DPSIR model and uses the entropy weight comprehensive index method to determine the weights of each indicator, and then calculates the comprehensive evaluation value. The research results show that there are overall differences in the sustainable development capacity of the employee medical insurance fund in the eastern, central and western regions in 2022. In the driving force and state dimensions, the differences between the eastern region and the central and western regions are obvious, while in the pressure, impact and response dimensions, the differences among the three regions are relatively small. From 2013 to 2022, the sustainable development capacity of the employee medical insurance fund generally showed an upward trend, and the comprehensive evaluation value steadily increased. Among them, the driving force, state and impact indicators generally showed a growth trend, while the pressure and response indicators showed a downward trend. Based on the above analysis, it is suggested to further improve the fundraising channels, strengthen the management of medical insurance expenditures, optimize the allocation of medical resources, and enhance the policy innovation ability to achieve the sustainable development of the employee medical insurance fund.
