Abstract:In order to further optimize and improve the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation, and help the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings in A province. In this study, the three-stage DEA model, Malmquist index, rank sum ratio method and Tobit model are used to analyze the static and dynamic analysis of the allocation efficiency of medical and health resources in A province from 2014 to 2023, sort the efficiency and analyze the influencing factors. The results show that the overall efficiency of medical and health resource allocation in A province needs to be improved. The average annual decline in the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation is 0.5 %. Technological progress is the key factor restricting its growth. There are regional imbalances in the allocation of medical and health resources. The number of years of education and the proportion of people over 65 years old have an impact on the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation. It is suggested that each region should choose the appropriate medical and health resource allocation path according to the actual situation, increase technological innovation and personnel training, strengthen provincial and regional cooperation, and improve the efficiency of medical and health resource allocation.
