    摘要:

    寻求人工智能赋能是数智时代医学生人文素养教育的必然趋势,这顺应了医药行业智能化转型的历史潮流,也是增强医学生人文素养培育针对性的必然选择,满足了医学生人文素养培育范式革新的现实需要。然而,人工智能亦有其自身难以克服的短板,它所营造的场景再现难以取代师生基于生命关怀的情感共鸣,提供的个性化教学难以杜绝价值偏差与伦理风险,给予的技术辅助难以根本激发医学生学习热情,依仗的表层化评价指标难以全面反映培育质量。为此,要强化师生情感互动,融合技术优势与人文关怀;构建人机协同机制,重视价值引导与伦理规范;重构教育内核,激发医学生学习内驱力;优化评价体系,推进多维动态考核,实现教师引导与人工智能助力的统一。

    Abstract:

    ?Seeking empowerment through artificial intelligence (AI) is an inevitable trend in humanistic literacy education for medical students in the digital intelligence era.? This aligns with the historical shift towards intelligent transformation in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, represents a necessary choice for enhancing the targeted cultivation of medical students" humanistic qualities, and meets the practical need for a paradigm shift in this cultivation. ?However, AI also has inherent limitations that are difficult to overcome, such as the scenario recreations it generates ?cannot replace? the bonding through emotional resonance between teachers and students grounded in life-affirming care; the personalized teaching it provides ?cannot eliminate? value biases and ethical risks; the technical assistance it offers ?cannot fundamentally stimulate? medical students" intrinsic motivation to learn; and the superficial evaluation metrics it relies on ?cannot fully reflect? the quality of cultivation.? Therefore, we must ??strengthen teacher-student emotional interaction?, integrating technological advantages with humanistic care; ?establish human-machine collaboration mechanisms?, emphasizing value guidance and ethical norms; ?reconstruct the core of education?, igniting medical students" intrinsic learning motivation; optimize the evaluation system?, promoting multidimensional dynamic assessment, the ultimate goal is to achieve the unification of teacher guidance and AI assistance.
