Abstract:To explore the current status and influencing factors of intention to acquire health information through public digital service platforms,a survey was conducted using convenience sampling on residents in Anhui,who are digitally engage. Among the 2,597 respondents who used the?WanShiTong?platform, 79.47% expressed willingness to acquire health information from the government platform. Generalized ordered logistic regression analysis revealed that individual factors(female, aged 60 or above, married), health and behavioral factors(good self-rated health, no chronic diseases, medical examination within the past five years), system usability, and trust in government were key determinants of health information acquisition willingness.?It is recommended that public digital platforms adopt scenario-driven precise service integration, enhance user experience, and strengthen trust in government to drive the expansion of mobile government platforms into comprehensive service portals and transform public services from passive provision to active value creation.
