    为探讨公众对公共数字服务平台健康信息获取意愿及其作用机制,促进健康信息供给和公共服务转型,本研究采用方便抽样法对安徽省数字融入的城乡居民进行调查。结果显示,2597名安装皖事通平台受访者中,79.47%的城乡居民愿意通过该平台获取政府发布的健康信息。广义有序回归分析发现,女性、≥60岁老年人、已婚、自评健康良好、没有患慢性病、五年内有体检行为、系统可用性和政府信任是健康信息获取意愿的主要影响因素。建议公共数字化平台场景驱动精准服务嵌入,并通过优化用户体验与巩固政府信任,驱动移动政务平台向综合性服务门户拓展,公共服务从被动提供向主动价值创造转化。

    Abstract:

    To explore the current status and influencing factors of intention to acquire health information through public digital service platforms,a survey was conducted using convenience sampling on residents in Anhui,who are digitally engage. Among the 2,597 respondents who used the?WanShiTong?platform, 79.47% expressed willingness to acquire health information from the government platform. Generalized ordered logistic regression analysis revealed that individual factors(female, aged 60 or above, married), health and behavioral factors(good self-rated health, no chronic diseases, medical examination within the past five years), system usability, and trust in government were key determinants of health information acquisition willingness.?It is recommended that public digital platforms adopt scenario-driven precise service integration, enhance user experience, and strengthen trust in government to drive the expansion of mobile government platforms into comprehensive service portals and transform public services from passive provision to active value creation.
