Abstract:To review the research progress, basic characteristics, and deficiencies of the evaluation indicator system for the integration of medical care and preventive services in China, this study searched Chinese databases such as CNKI and Wanfang, as well as English databases such as PubMed and Web of Science, and included 33 original studies that independently developed or revised such indicator systems. Using thematic framework analysis, the basic information and indicator content were synthesized. The findings reveal that the construction of evaluation indicator systems has begun to take shape, with evaluation perspectives spanning the macro level (health service system), meso level (medical institutions), and micro level (healthcare professionals and patient perceptions). However, notable limitations persist, including a lack of cross-stakeholder collaborative perspectives in theoretical construction, limited reporting of methodological validation, relatively insufficient research on infectious diseases, insufficient grassroots application, and a predominant focus on static condition measurement lacking whole-process dynamic evaluation. Future efforts should deepen theoretical construction from a cross-stakeholder collaborative perspective, moderately expand the coverage of diseases and scenarios, advance grassroots empirical research based on primary data, and establish an evaluation framework for whole-process dynamic measurement, thereby supporting the scientific evaluation and continuous improvement of medical-preventive care integration.
