Face to the new history mission of constructing the innovative high school and creative nation, Chinese higher education confronts a new rigorous challenge. There are many factors affect cultivation of the creative talent, such as traditional educational principle, teaching mode, management style with teaching knowledge as the core, and management movement mode which based on the administrative management, and enrolling new students and examination mode of higher education. The author believed that Chinese higher education needed to be reformed further and deeply. He also proposed carrying out the change of education principle and teaching mode, constructing the campus culture to promote to creative talent to grow up, setting up modern university system and building up a diverse system of high test.
