With the social development and medical reform, medical creative talent is becoming the first choice for our society. Actual demand for medical talent in the present society and deficiency in university medical education were analyzed. In the face of the challenge of intellective economy, it was necessary to quicken educational reform and to train creative medical talent as the target. The author also suggested the study how to train creative medical talent should discuss from the teacher and student.
