    摘要:

    为了提高眼科临床见习教学质量,改革传统教学方法,文章对132名2002级学生按专业分组后,分别施之以问题为基础的(PBL)教学法和以授课为基础的(LBL)教学法进行眼科临床见习教学,比较评价两种教学法的教学效果。结果表明,采用PBL教学法的学生测验平均成绩和高分人数及学生对教学效果评价指标的优良率均明显高于采用LBL教学法,从而说明PBL教学法的教学效果明显优于LBL教学法,PBL教学法值得在眼科临床见习教学中推广应用。

    Abstract:

    The objective of this article was to improve the quality of clinical teaching in ophthalmology and innovate traditional teaching methods. According to their specialty,123 students of Grade 2002 were randomly divided to problem-based learning (PBL) group and lecture-based learning (LBL) group. The teaching effectiveness of two teaching methods were compared and appraised after the students were lectured by PBL and LBL as teaching methods in ophthalmology, respectively. The results showed that the average score, the number of students with high score and the fine rate of teaching effectiveness appraisal targets in PBL group were significant higher than that in LBL group. The results indicated that the teaching effectiveness of PBL was better than that of LBL and PBL should be extensively applied in clinical teaching in ophthalmology.
