The integration of production,education and research had been again mentioned to an important position on the reform of Chinese socialist modernization and construction. Summing up the history and actuality the article analized the status, role and main problems of the integration of production,education and research in the field of higher medical education, and also advanced the measure of combination such as constructing an effective operational mechanism, giving full play to the functions of the government, innovating the model of unity and establishing evaluation system.
