This article analyzed the present situation of university administrators in the higher education activity and discussed the necessary of the administrators integrating into the higher education activity. On the basis of these, the authors pondered how to make the university administrators integrate into the higher education activity on multi-positions by the superior resources of higher education, and pursue both the higher education and the university administrators themselves to get better and more harmonious development.
