    摘要:

    目的:探讨护理本科生人格特质与学习成绩的相关性,为培养具有较高综合素质的高等护理人才提供依据?方法:采用NEO-PI-R大五人格量表对结束理论课程的护理本科生进行问卷调查,并选取学生5门专业课程期末成绩平均分值与其人格特质进行相关分析?结果:护理专业本科生神经质性?宜人性和严谨性人格特质与学习成绩存在不同程度相关;并且学习成绩高?中?低3组在NEO-PI-R分量表得分上也存在一定差异?结论:护理专业本科生某些人格特质对学习成绩有影响,护理教育工作者应加强其人格培养?

    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigate the relationship between OCEAN personality theory (neuroticism,extraversion,openness,agreeableness,conscientiousness) and academic performance of nursing undergraduates,and provide the evidence for the teachers when they train students improving their comprehensive professional ability. Methods:Nursing students’ personality traits were measured by NEO-PI-R scale and their scores of five professional courses were selected. Results:There were different levels of relevant between the neuroticism,agreeableness,conscientiousness of the personality and the academic achievement. There were also different scores among different academic performances by NEO-PI-R partition scale. Conclusion:It is concerned that certain personality traits of nursing undergraduates should impact their academic achievement.
