The authors analyzed the current situation as well as existing problems of the preventive medical education for clinical medical major combining with the requests brought forward by Standards of Undergraduate Medical Education—Clinical Medicine (Trial),then explored the necessity of the preventive medical education reform for clinical medical major,and put forward certain measures that concerned with personnel training targets,curriculum system,teaching contents and methods,examination evaluation,medical practice,ect.
