Based on the social exchange theory(SET),the article analyzed the problems and reasons of the drug circulation order,and proposed suggestions to standardize the order. The core idea was to reset the interest pattern of the drug circulation market,achieve the mutual cooperation and constraint,and change the confusion situation of drug circulation market fundamentally.
