The application and development of electronic medical record system impreved the medical quality management much more. But it didn’t solve all problems,and at the same time,it brought about new problems.We checked the electronic medical records of a first-class hospital in Jiangsu Province and summarized the problems existed in electronic medical record quality management. The countermessure to deal with the problems was discussed. in this paper.
