Plastic and aesthetic surgery is a very practical subject. Its basic skills and principles can be obtained through constantly training and repeated practice and then that can be gradually strengthened. In line with the reform of clinical education, the plastic surgery skills training center was established in our hospital in order to strengthen the practice in the proportion of clinical teaching. It can provide basic clinical skills training and simulation training of surgical procedures for interns, graduate students and junior residents and makes their practical ability and basic skills have been strengthened. This achieved a good effect of clinical teaching and training.
