To provide the suggestion for improving the hospital management,strengthening disciplines and training staff,statistical analysis of papers published from 2006 to 2010 of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were analyzed from the following fields: the number of papers,the ratio of fund paper,grade of periodicals,title and educational background,published papers from graduate students in the key clinical disciplines. The results showed that the number of SCI was shown increasing trend,and the quality of published papers was significantly higher from doctors and seniors than those from others. It played the key role in increasing the paper output by means of strengthening disciplines and personnel training,more actively applying for research projects,increasing the awards, and establishing an effective evaluation system.
