Laboratories in colleges and universities are the important position of scientific research. However,there are some problems in the management model. Taking Nanjing Medical University as the example,in consideration of the circumstances,the article explored the construction of laboratories in colleges and universities,which was public scientific research platform,through investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the management model of university lab,analyzing the existing centralized management model,and advancing some strategies for administration and development after the combination of the labs.
