Toxicology is the science that studies the adverse effects of chemical,physical or biological agents on living organisms and the ecosystem,including the prevention,treatment of amelioration of such adverse effects. In order to meet the new situation and new demands of the toxicology development,it becomes inevitable to develop innovative toxicological teaching mode and raise high－quality toxicological talents. In this study,the authors proposed to investigate the effects of the innovative teaching mode in toxicology by three aspects,including reforms of classroom teaching,experimental teaching and examination mode. The innovative teaching practice had been proved to be conducive to develop the spirit of innovation which might promote students to be high quality preventive medicine talents with innovative ability.
