Employment value is the individuals’ judgment on value of an occupation,which plays critical role in professional life,directly determines career behavior,and affects work attitudes and enthusiasim. Under the influence of traditional gender culture,there still is gender difference of the employment value of highly educated postgraduates. From the feminist perspective,the article investigated the employment value of female postgraduates of medical university,explored the possible pathway to promote vocational values then realize the life value of the female postgraduates.
