In view of existing sitnation of teaching quality in independent medical colleges,the authors proposed monitoring system of “four in one” through four years of education practice combining the international standard of ISO9004-2,that were “theory and practice”,“management and teaching”,“monitoring and mechanism of evaluation”,“the dislocation of college and independent medical college”.
