The physicians and patients have confidence in each other is one of the key influential factors for a good physician-patient relationship. However, there have been serious confidence problems in Chinese hospitals for a long time, the reasons can be listed as follows: a confidence lack in whole society, unfair healthcare policy and system, a poor communication between physicians and patients, corruption of medicine professional morality, patient’s incorrect ideas and the behavior of breaking duty. We should do our best to deal with these problems, and to reconstruct a good physician -patient confidence in the end.
