The hand hygiene is one of the most important works in the nosocomial infection prevention and control. To explore the better methods and contents on the training,the authors carried on the questionnaire survey about the self－appraisal of hand hygienic knowledge,the way of obtaining hand hygienic knowledge and actual cognition about the hand hygienic knowledge. Then based on the analysis,the authors put forward several proposals to how to take the standard training about the hand hygienic knowledge and enhance the effect of training.
