Grabbing a seat has been a great problem in many libraries of universities for a long time. Based on the analysis of the cause and steps applied in other universities and their effects,different measures of regulation were taken in Nanjing Medical University and their effects were compared,and effective countermeasures and suggestions were raised to solve the problem.
