Because of lack of the medical resources,some insight put forward the public medical system in the Republic of China. The scholars proposed a detailed guidance on the meaning and the specific methods,a big part of them matched the medical education. After the successful experiment in some individual medical school,the public medical system was taken shape initially that effect the medical education at that time.
