Objective:To discuss the influence of construction of the internal environment of rehabilitation department on the psychological status of patients,and propose some suggest to promote the recovery of patients and management of the hospital. Methods:Questionnaires and interviews were used to 256 patients and 96 staff of rehabilitation department of 4 hospitals in Nanjing. The data were analyzed by statistical description and analysis. Results:Compared with patients,the evaluation of doctor-patient relationship in staff was significantly high. The communication factors between doctor and patient and among the patients had greater influence on patients. Conclusion:It is good for the recovery of patients to strengthen the communications between doctor and patient and change the traditional concept of medical service.
