Clinical internship is an important transformational process for medical students growing up to qualified doctors. However, the protection of medical students’ right and interest during clinical internship is weak. Malignant wound events happened in hospital influence the business confidence and employment psychology of medical students. The article analyzed the necessity of assertion medical students’ right and interest, the content of medical students’ rights, and suggested how to realize the protection of medical students’ right from legal relation, legislation and protective measure.
