In order to clarify the change of service quantity and average expense of each time after medical services system integration was made in Zhenjiang city,a comparison analysis on the change of service quantity and average expense of each time between two different periods was made between Zhenjiang and Yangzhou. The results showed that the speed of rise of service quantity in hospitals in Zhenjiang after medical services system integration was faster than that in Yangzhou. In addition,the speed of rise of number of discharged patients at community health service centers in Zhenjiang was faster than that in Yangzhou. The speed of rise of average expense of each time per outpatients and per inpatients in Zhenjiang was lower than that in Yangzhou between two different periods. However,the level of average expense of each time per outpatients and per inpatients in Zhenjiang was higher than that in Yangzhou. In the end,the article put forward some preliminary recommendations.
